Records and plan
Photos, x-rays and impressions show us how each tooth needs to move and how long it will take.

Choose your appliance
Metal braces are the fastest and cheapest. Ceramic braces are less visible. Aligners are removable and almost invisible.

Fitting
Braces are fixed in one longer appointment. Aligners are given to you as a numbered set.

Monthly adjustments
Short check-ups every four to six weeks, at either clinic.

Retainers
Once the teeth are straight, a retainer holds them in place. Without it, they slowly move back.
Before you book
- Treatment length depends on how far the teeth need to move.
- Aligners only work if worn 20 to 22 hours a day.
Am I too old for braces?
No. Many of our braces patients are adults. Healthy gums matter more than age.
Do clear aligners work as well as braces?
For mild to moderate crowding, yes. Severe bite problems are better treated with fixed braces. We tell you which applies to you.
Can I switch clinics mid-treatment?
Yes. Your plan and records are saved for both clinics.
